Who we are
Vernacular Labs LLC (“Vernacular Labs”) is a research organization that conducts opinion research through one-on-one phone interviews. You can reach us at info@vernacularlabs.ai.
Scheduling is by invitation only
Our scheduling pages are for booking research interviews with people we have invited. Please don’t share your personal scheduling link with anyone else.
Taking part is voluntary
You choose whether to take part, and you can stop the interview at any time. You can also cancel or change your booking from your confirmation text.
Your honorarium
The $50 honorarium is a thank-you for taking part. It is sent by text message to the phone number on your booking, in two parts: $10 shortly after the call starts, and $40 when the interview is done. The $40 usually arrives within minutes; if we need to manually verify the interview, it can take a day or two.
Each part comes with a link where you choose how to receive it. Please claim it by the date shown on that page. Honoraria that aren't claimed by then expire and aren't reissued.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it, including the text messages we send about your call.
No warranties
We work to keep this site available and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above.
